Schedule for meeting:

Friday:

arriving til 5 p.m. and dinner arround 6 p.m.

Saturday:

breakfast and then starting arround 10 a.m. a riding (please keep your passports, riding will cross Italy).

Dinner on evening in hotel.

Sunday;

Breakfast and leave meeting.
